Ways of payment
 
Payment through the Internet is currently based, except in very special situations, on the use of a credit card without using its secret code.  Whatever what is commonly heard, this is not safe enough yet, neither for the buyer nor for the dealer : no receipt, no buying evidence, no confirmation.
 
So, to order, just save Chanvrelin’s order form with your browser, print it (or copy it out), and send it to us by post or fax according to the way of payment you choosed.
 
Duly completed orders are handled within 48 hours (working) after receiving them.
 
In order to avoid problems for you as well as for ourselves, we do not accept orders and payments by E-mail or Internet forms.
 
You may use any of the following methods for payment :

• International postal money transfer (PostCash)
• VISA Card or MASTERCARD (please mention its number, the expiration date and the verso number)
• Direct transfer to our postal account
• Cash-on-delivery (payment to the postman), in Europe and many other countries (please check if it’s OK with yours)
