Apart from his five official Books for the organ, Michel Corrette (1707 † 1795) specified that some of his Works for the harpsichord could be played on the organ.  They consist of the Marches which appear in his VIIIth Book of the “Amusemens du Parnasse” on one hand, and several pieces from his Harpsichord Book on the other hand.  For each of this pieces Corrette even left the registrations. 
 
Never reissued since their original publication, here they are all grouped in a single volume.  All the needed explanations are to be found in the Foreword.  When playing these pieces on the organ, one will come through enjoyable and unexpected surprises, as for instance the famous “Prise de Jéricho” (“The Seizure of Jericho”) or several bouncing Marches...
